Passionate Prayers for Your Children

What is God’s greatest treasure? If you said His children, you are absolutely right.
John 3:16 in the Amplified Classic says it this way, “For God so dearly loved and greatly prized the world that He gave up His only begotten (unique Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life. He proved that He loves us as much as He loves Jesus. (John 17:23)

If you ask parents, “What is your greatest treasure?” I believe most parents would answer the same, “our children.”

I wrote Passionate Prayers for Your Children, led by the Holy Spirit, to help parents, grandparents, and other family members to not only pray accurately, but passionately while building our faith for God’s plan and purpose for our children. As we pray these prayers and make these decrees, God will move in the lives of our children. God has a wonderful plan for our children.
Jer. 29:11 NLT states that His plans are for good and not for disaster, to give them a future and hope.

As we watch the news and see devastating disasters happening all around us, satan, our enemy, also has plans for our children to kill, steal, and destroy them anyway he can. However, when we are diligent to cover them in prayer, we build a hedge around them. God’s magnificent angels encamped around and about them to protect and defend them from every demonic assignment.

Our children are the apple of God’s eye and ours too; He has them on His mind all the times. He loves them more than we could ever imagine, and if you’re like me, my children stay on my thoughts daily. As they come to my mind, I lift them up to the Lord.
