About the Author:

My biography is nothing special. What is worth telling you about is God’s faithfulness to me! Like you, I have had my fair share of life’s tests and trials. I can testify to God’s faithfulness–He has delivered me out of them all (Psalm 34:19)–when I called upon Him!

So you can know some of my background of what has brought me to a place to write a book like this one, I will share a few milestones that have gotten me to where I am today. I hope and pray this will encourage you to fulfill God’s plan for your life!

For starters, I learned to be a servant serving in the local churches where the Lord planted me. Some of these churches happened to be newly planted (begun from birth to 1st year) churches. I learned to serve in so many different ministry roles: ushering; greeting; tape duplication; vacuuming; food distribution – these are areas where I began serving.

Because of serving in church plants, I was on an accelerated plan of spiritual growth. Later in other churches, I stepped into leadership roles in prison and nursing home ministry; singles ministry; continuing education; Christian school teacher and administrator; Ministry of Helps Director; prayer group leader; and Pastoral Armorbearer.

I now know, the Lord was directing my steps in leadership development for me to sow seeds of faithfulness in smaller things so He could increase my levels of responsibility to larger things.  This is a principle in God’s Word in Matthew 25:21.

Our Heavenly Father will do the same for you! If you are not doing this, start serving in your church. Set your hand to doing the work of the Lord to assist your pastor in fulfilling the vision he has been given. Serving the vision of your pastor is a principle in the Word of God that has the potential for you to have your own ministry someday. Read Luke 16:12
