Shannon Kroemer is a mom and military spouse. She was born in Rochester, New York and has lived all over the United States, and even Japan. Shannon went to Fort Collins High School in Colorado, where she met her husband. She also graduated from Buffalo State College in New York where she studied Early Childhood and Childhood Education.

At a young age, Shannon began filling spiral notebooks with stories. When she won her 4th grade Halloween Story Writing Competition, beating out nearly twelve other students, she knew writing would be a life-long passion. She has been published in the “Stars and Stripes” newspaper magazine and the “Okinawa Hai” blog. It has been her dream to become a children’s book author.
