My Armor is the sixth book in “The My Series” the Lord gave me to write. Pondering this book, I realized that our armor is a subject that is rarely discussed, and yet it is commanded of us to put it on daily.
My Armor begins with identifying the enemy. Next, we need to know our power source. We don’t fight alone. Then God’s armor is covered. All seven parts of the armor are explained in simple terms to help children understand the different parts and how important and valuable they are:
1. Belt of Truth
2. Breastplate of Righteousness
3. Shoes of Peace
4. Shield of Faith
5. Helmet of Salvation
6. Sword of the Spirit
7. Lance of Prayer
In the times we are living, it’s important that children know how to use each part of their armor for protection and victory. As they grow in each area, they will be better protected and win more often.
Oh and Jed, Mary and Joseph’s donkey, has a lot to say as he thinks about his armor.
